Generational Capital Markets Advises Ammex Plastics in Sale to Echo Engineering

The acquisition closed October 19, 2017.
Ammex Plastics is an ISO 16949/TS 16949:2009 registered full-service manufacturer of custom plastic components based near Detroit in Monroe, MI, with approximately 50 employees. Ammex primarily serves the automotive industry and has a production facility and a warehouse each covering more than 15,000 square feet.
The Company mainly produces under-the-hood, functional parts including fluid routing, fastening, interior, and suspension system components. Ammex Plastics will now operate as Echo Engineering and Production Supplies, Inc. dba Ammex Plastics.
Echo Engineering and Production Supplies, Inc., headquartered in Indianapolis, IN with additional locations in Monroe, MI; Milpitas, CA, and Guadalajara, Mexico; is an industrial solutions business providing expert design & engineering services, comprehensive manufacturing processes, real-time supply chain management, and meticulous quality assurance.
