Generational Capital Markets Announces Partnership of Canada Metal (Pacific) and Dock Edge + Inc.
DALLAS, Sept. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Generational Capital Markets, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC, an advisor to privately held businesses for mergers & acquisitions, is pleased to announce the partnership of its client, Dock Edge + Inc., headquartered in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada, with Canada Metal (Pacific), headquartered in Delta, British Columbia, Canada. The partnership was announced on September 12, 2016.

The merging will provide CMP an equity interest in dock equipment and marine accessory manufacturer Dock Edge. As such, Dock Edge CEO Walter Szwez along with vice president David Szwez, and directors Michael and Christopher Szwez have become shareholders of CMP.
IBI News Plus also noted that "the alliance will provide CMP with access to Dock Edge's 80,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant in Woodbridge, Ontario. Opened in 2014, the state-of-the-art facility will provide CMP with a corporate presence in eastern Canada, along with an ideal site for a new foundry operation. The facility has the capability to be further developed for die cast operations and additional manufacturing in the future."
Further, Dock Edge gains access to CMP's worldwide distribution network along with all of CMP's facilities located in British Columbia, Virginia, China, Italy and Australia.
