Prestige Property Maintenance, based in Davie, Florida, provides landscape services, including grounds maintenance as well as design and installation services, to Broward and Palm Beach counties. Typical customers are multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal properties. Founded in 1986, Prestige Property Maintenance has built a sterling reputation, with many of its business derived from repeat customers.
Juniper Landscaping offers an extensive range of landscaping services, including design, installation, irrigation, lighting, drainage, maintenance, and pest control. The company also grows its own plants in its in-house nursery and on its tree farm, which enables the company to ensure a superior product. Juniper's mission is to provide the best in market value for designing, building, and maintaining quality landscaping. With five offices in Southwest Florida, it is one of the top 25 largest landscaping companies in the U.S.
Generational Equity Senior Managing Director Terry Mackin successfully closed the deal. Executive Managing Director Edward Weber established the initial relationship with Prestige Property Maintenance.
