Generational Equity Announces the Sale of Absolute Computer Solutions, Inc. to Alliance Technologies, Inc.

DALLAS, Oct. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Absolute Computer Solutions, Inc. (ACS) to Alliance Technologies, Inc. (Alliance), a member of the Iowa Network Services (INS) family of Companies. The transaction closed on October 7, 2014, and was led by Vice President, Musa Jagne and Managing Director, Michael Goss from the firm's Dallas, Texas headquarters. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Since 1993, ACS has been a leading supplier of technology solutions including proactive network security; computer hardware acquisition, installation, upgrades and repair; network maintenance and network administration. Headquartered in Merriam, Kansas, ACS specializes in providing managed service information technology (IT) services for a variety of industries, including health care and aviation.
