Generational Equity's Mark Galovic Promoted to Vice President with Generational Capital Markets
DALLAS, Feb. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Generational Capital Markets, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC, ("GCM") an advisor to privately-held businesses for mergers & acquisitions, is pleased to announce that effective February 15th, 2016, Mark Galovic has been promoted to Vice President (VP) in its Chicago office. In his new role, Mark will be assisting the team's Chicago dealmakers in all aspects of deal originations and closings.

Mark began his career with Generational Equity in April of 2014, valuing privately held businesses, which entailed conducting extensive industry and market research and preparing detailed financial analyses. Mark advised business owners about the nuances of the valuation process and how prospective buyers viewed their companies.
Prior to joining Generational Equity, Mark worked with HBK Capital Management in Dallas for seven years and was responsible for analyzing income statements, balance sheets and cash flows for developing investment strategies and P&L optimization. He also constructed and interpreted daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal investment reports across a variety of strategies that were eventually used in investor presentations.
