Genesis Group Acquires Service Provider Blockchain Consulting GmbH
TORTOLA, British Virgin Islands, March 3, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading blockchain infrastructure provider Genesis Group has announced the strategic acquisition of Blockchain Consulting GmbH (BC)
The acquisition comes after a long-standing relationship where BC provided Genesis Group and its affiliated companies with crypto market analysis, blockchain software development, and strategic consulting services.
"Over the years as our relationship continued to grow, we determined it would be in the best interest of both organizations to focus BC resources exclusively on supporting the long term vision of the Genesis Group," said Marco Streng, CEO, and co-founder of Genesis Group.
The vision for Genesis Group started back in 2013 with the launch of Genesis Mining, which quickly became one of the world's largest crypto mining companies, serving over 2 million customers.
