Gershman Mortgage's Multifamily Division Enters into Agreement with Land Home Financial

Services to Provide Multifamily and Healthcare Government Financing

DENVER, Aug. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- St. Louis, Missouri based Gershman Mortgage recently announced an agreement with California based private mortgage banker, Land Home Financial Services (Land Home), to provide outsourced HUD loan solutions to Land Home's commercial lending division. This agreement creates an opportunity for Land Home to offer competitive rates and long term financing to their commercial, multifamily and healthcare clients. The rates are available to lenders as part of the National Housing Act and insured by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
