New MRIS Subsidiary Provides Statistical Information Directly from the MLS
ROCKVILLE, Md., June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- RealEstate Business Intelligence (RBI) announces the launch of its real estate data analytics website. Agents, brokers, appraisers and other real estate professionals can now receive the most reliable housing market data in the Mid-Atlantic region via www.rbintel.com — empowering them to make more educated decisions for their clients.
RBI provides an in-depth understanding of real estate activity at the regional, county and local levels in the Mid-Atlantic housing market that has not previously been available. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc. (MRIS), RBI is the only company in the region that provides timely, online access to statistical information directly from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This new data analytics company brings value to real estate industry professionals by providing intelligence derived from the nearly five terabytes of information accumulated in the MRIS database.
"We offer an unmatched level of expertise in the marketplace," says Jonathan Hill, president of RBI. "Our goal for this new company is to offer deeper, more granular information about real estate in this region that is of better quality, more timely, and at a more reasonable price point than what other companies currently offer in the marketplace."
Having just launched its website, www.rbintel.com, RBI presently offers a basic level of real estate statistics. These include the almost 70 county-level and more than 1,300 ZIP code statistics reports that have previously been available on MRIS.com. New MarketWatch videos for eight market regions in the Maryland, DC, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania also are available. Each two-minute video reviews significant statistics about the region for the previous month. These basic-level items are available to MRIS customers, real estate industry professionals and the general public.
Later this summer, RBI plans to launch advanced, interactive tools for real estate professionals and respond to demands for customized reports through RBI Custom Solutions. These services and much more will be available through tiered subscription agreements.
"We have many exciting tools in the works for RBI," says Corey Hart, senior product manager for RBI. "These products will enable subscribers to become the 'StatMasters' for their market domain, with the peace of mind that the analysis they present to others is backed by accurate data coming directly from the MRIS system."
Get started now by visiting www.rbintel.com. Use the self-generating report tool under the Statistics tab, and learn more about what's coming soon under the Custom Solutions tab. RBI also welcomes feedback concerning its current statistics displays and welcomes ideas for new market analysis and reports. The site provides multiple opportunities for visitor feedback and suggestions.
