GigSky Acquires Simless to Help Drive Global eSIM IoT Adoption

PALO ALTO, Calif., Sept. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- GigSky, Inc., a leading provider of global cellular connectivity solutions for consumers, businesses and manufacturers today announced it has acquired Simless, Inc., a subscription management platform and integrated SIM (iSIM) solution provider founded in 2014 by a team of world-class SIM-technology experts. 

With the Simless acquisition, GigSky can now provide tailored solutions for IoT manufacturers building and deploying eSIM-enabled M2M and consumer devices. GigSky, along with its strategic partners, will provide a fully-integrated Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offering including eSIM modules and a GSMA-compliant subscription management platform for M2M and consumer devices.  GigSky's PaaS includes coverage in over 200 countries and territories for global, reliable and affordable cellular connectivity.  As a full GSMA member, GigSky is bringing to market innovative and cost-effective solutions that are compliant with relevant industry specifications and security requirements.
