The acquisition combines the two local leaders of luxury services and experiences on the West Coast. By combining Gilt City's nationally-recognized expertise and Bergine's existing relationships with coveted services including restaurants, spas, experiences and more on the West Coast, this first acquisition for parent company Gilt Groupe Inc. accelerates Gilt City's rapid expansion on the West Coast.
