DETROIT, Nov. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- These days it's all about "The D." Holiday weekend shoppers looking to take advantage of Black Friday weekend sales and promotions need to look no further than Chene Park for the perfect Detroit-themed gift. On Black Friday and Small Business Saturday, tickets for the venue's 2018 Jazzy Nights Series will be on sale at the Chene Park Detroit Box Office. Online sales at https://cheneparkdetroit.com/ and www.ticketmaster.com will begin on Black Friday as well. 

Boasting an all-star lineup of talent, the Wednesday Jazzy Nights series kicks off in early June and will feature headliners such as Will Downing, Norman Brown and Branford Marsalis among many other renowned musicians to be announced soon. Series tickets features 12 shows for the price of 11 at $268*.

Chene Park Personal Seat Licenses (PSL) also go on sale starting Black Friday weekend. A great option for music lovers, a PSL allows license holders to select and secure their preferred seats for all 2018 Chene Park shows. With a PSL purchase, selected seat(s) will be held under the name of the license holder up to three weeks before the show. If the license holder does not purchase the seat(s), those tickets will be released for sale to the general public. The cost of each PSL starts at $250.

Shoppers purchasing tickets online on Cyber Monday (November 27) will be also be entered to win two free Jazzy Nights series tickets.

Those purchasing tickets at the Chene Park Detroit Box Office are encouraged to donate winter weather apparel -- hats, gloves, scarves and socks -- that will be distributed to those in need via the Neighborhood Service Organization.
