Tradespoon's research and forecasting platform is built for self-directed investors to leverage predictive analytics, artificial neural networks, and high-speed data processing to find relevant patterns in voluminous market data.

SOAP, RPC and RESTful are all supported for both analytics plug-ins and trade execution. Users of a trading platform integrated with Tradespoon would have the ability to screen all major exchanges for buy & sell signals derived from short and long-term prediction models. If API integration were in place between a brokerage and Tradespoon, those users would be able to integrate their portfolios and place trades straight from Tradespoon's forecasting tools.
The typical process for finding signals from different sources, compiling them into a handful of trade ideas- and finally executing- can be quite fragmented. Allowing investors to integrate with brokerages and trade through an API integration creates a more coherent experience.
