Glance launches Moments that Matter Contest: Celebrating 25 years of human connection

Contest spotlights CX professionals whose empathy and extra effort create unforgettable customer experiences

WAKEFIELD, Mass., Sept. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Glance, a leader in guided customer experience solutions, today announced the launch of its Moments that Matter Contest, inviting customer-facing professionals to share stories about times when genuine human connection transformed a customer interaction. The contest runs from September 16 through October 17, 2025, in celebration of Glance's 25th anniversary.

The new Moments that Matter Contest invites CX professionals to share short stories about those unforgettable times when a simple, human-to-human act of empathy, kindness, or going the extra mile made all the difference for a customer.

CX professionals who enter the contest are encouraged to submit a written story (under 250 words) about a time when they made a meaningful difference in someone's experience. Up to 25 winners will be selected, each receiving a $50 Visa gift card.

Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of Glance leaders, including Tom Martin, CEO, Jacqueline Russ, CFO/COO, and Jeremy Majchrzak, VP of Customer Success, for employee impact, authenticity, connection, and clarity. Winners will be notified on October 30, 2025, and prizes will be distributed by November 15, 2025.
