Gleneagles Country Club Swings into 2012 With Opening of TaylorMade Performance Lab

DALLAS, Jan. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Gleneagles Country Club, a member of the ClubCorp family of clubs, announces the opening of the newest TaylorMade Performance Lab, one of only four "flagship" locations across the country to provide golfers of all ages and abilities a state-of-the-art fitting experience that uses 3D motion capture technology, which is then analyzed by a full-time certified TaylorMade Clubfitting Professional.

The two-hour fitting experience, which features TaylorMade's MAT-T System, uses reflective markers positioned on strategic points of the body, as well as on the grip, shaft and head of the specially designed MAT-T club, to do a full swing analysis of the golfer and club. The 3D swing image and information help the TaylorMade Clubfitting Professional recommend drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, and putters to match each golfer's swing and needs. Golfers receive a copy of the 3D swing image, swing information and recommendations to keep or share with a golf instructor.
