Glenmark Conferred Civic Award 2013-14 for Social Development by the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The award was received by Ms. Cheryl Pinto, Director Corporate Affairs - Glenmark at a ceremony in Mumbai recently. The Bombay Chambers Civic Awards was instituted in 1984 with an objective of promoting good corporate citizenship and rewarding and recognising the best practices in CSR.

The Civic Awards are presented by the BCCI every year to publicly acknowledge and honour notable achievements undertaken by corporate organizations to improve their environmental, social and cultural metrics by way of services to the community in addition to outstanding operational performance.
