GLOBAL Enhances Focus on Asia Pacific to Support Regional National Security Initiatives

Global Strategies Group (GLOBAL) is to strengthen its presence in Singapore as part of an increased emphasis on national security initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. 

GLOBAL is a leading defence and national security organisation offering a broad range of capabilities in counter-terrorism, C4ISR, and critical infrastructure protection, integrating leading-edge technologies with specialist services to address complex current and emerging threats to national security.

The company has operated in Asia Pacific since 2002, and has since opened offices across the region, moving its Asia Pacific Headquarters to Singapore in 2008. Today, GLOBAL continues to operate across the region, applying its significant experience to regional security priorities for a number of government clients.

GLOBAL is strengthening its long term commitment to the region with new investments in both people and specialist capabilities.  The company will be seeking to acquire integrated defence and national security technologies that address strategic priorities across the region.  The focus will be on mission-critical systems, cyber security, data fusion and analysis and systems integration. In addition, GLOBAL is moving in to new offices in Singapore to accommodate an expanded workforce that will provide deeper technical, operational and specialist support to clients, and enhanced marketing and back office capabilities.

These developments are integral to a longer term plan to develop a centre of excellence in engineering design and systems integration in Singapore.  The aim will be to focus on the design and implementation of national security solutions with cutting edge technologies at their core in support of clients across the region.
