SPRING, Texas, Oct. 31, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Global Prebiotic Association (GPA) will further establish prebiotics' place in the market at booth #2075 during SupplySide West November 8-9, 2018 in Las Vegas. Prebiotics play an important role in the human gut microbiome. They support a holistic approach to wellness by shifting microbial and metabolic signatures and are emerging as key players in areas such as digestive health, immune support and mood. GPA is actively working to define prebiotics in a way that is supported by the science, easy for consumers to understand, and encompasses emerging work relating to the microbiome and how it operates.
