Global University Systems Announces Acquisition of Arden University

Global University Systems B.V. ("GUS") today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Arden University Limited ("Arden"), a specialist online distance and blended learning university with 6,500 students, from US-based Capella Education Company.
