Global X Accelerates New Era of Client Engagement with the Appointment of Broadcast Anchor Seana Smith

In the firm's latest move to meet investor demand for expanded education, Smith will take on a new role breaking down products and market moves

NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Global X Management Company LLC ("Global X"), the New York-based provider of exchange traded funds (ETFs), today announced the new hire of veteran anchor and financial journalist, Seana Smith as Senior Investment Strategist. Joining from Yahoo! Finance, Smith brings over 15 years of experience covering the financial markets.

Smith will have dual remit at Global X. Additionally, Smith will act as a spokesperson for the firm, helping broaden the reach of Global X's perspectives through media and other public-facing channels.

Before that, she was a producer at Fox Business Network. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a Minor in Business and a Master of Science in Economics from Lehigh University.
