GlobalFit Taps Chairman Anthony J. Frick, Esq. as Next President and CEO
PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- GlobalFit -- GlobalFit, a leading health and wellness technology company, appointed its chairman, Anthony J. Frick, Esq., to President and CEO.
Mr. Frick most recently served as a Managing Director and Vice President and General Counsel with Diversified Search. He played a key role in the expansion of Diversified Search's healthcare consulting practice, positioning the firm as a leading and cutting edge executive search firm in managed care. Prior to Diversified Search, Mr. Frick served as an attorney with Dechert LLP, an international law firm, where he focused his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate finance. Earlier, Mr. Frick was a healthcare consultant for Accenture, a management consulting firm. Mr. Frick graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Economics and received his JD from University of Pennsylvania Law School.
