GlobalLogic Expands Leadership Team with Hire of Vasu Sarangapani

SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- GlobalLogic today announced that Vasu Sarangapani has joined the company as senior vice president and general manager of the Communications business, reporting to CEO Shashank Samant. Previously, Sarangapani spent 21 years at Wipro, where he was the vice president and global sales head for Product Engineering services across all industry domains including manufacturing, hi-tech and telecom.

Sarangapani will lead GlobalLogic's efforts to grow its R&D services business across the global communications industry, ranging from telecom equipment companies, chip manufacturers, and media service providers to emerging segments such as Machine-To-Machine (M2M) communications and connected life products.
