GlobalOutlook Appoints Microsoft Executive Rajeev Vij as CEO and Cloud Veteran Brett Coover as CTO to Accelerate Growth

GlobalOutlook Inc., the leader in cloud unified communication and collaboration services, today announced that Rajeev Vij has joined as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Brett Coover has joined as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective immediately. Rajeev is responsible for executive leadership, positioning technology products and services, while executing strategic sales and marketing efforts. Brett is responsible for technology platforms, product strategy, and new initiatives at GlobalOutlook.

Rajeev joins GlobalOutlook from Microsoft, where he spent 6 years as Director, Hosting Service Provider business at Microsoft India, working closely with major datacenter providers, hosters, system integrators and ISVs helping them build solutions and services on Microsoft platform. He comes in with 20 years of experience in various leadership roles with companies like SAP & Salesforce.com prior to Microsoft. Rajeev is a 360 degree professional with entrepreneurial skills and experience working across India, USA and APAC. He is an established leader in cloud computing, with experience across all aspects of cloud over the last 10 years.

Brett joins GlobalOutlook from Intellys, a market leading technology service company providing managed services, where he was CTO, and developed a comprehensive cloud portfolio. Brett worked in various IT roles since 1993 and his experience ranges Fortune 500's to startups, across multiple industries. He has extensive experience in financial, media, and service provider industries. Some of his previous roles included consulting and leadership, focused on improving technology infrastructures, working with companies including Disney, Gazillion Entertainment, FaxBetter, Trading Technologies, Extropy, Xerox and many other companies. His expertise includes IT architecture, network architecture, business consulting, business development, consulting practice leadership, services delivery, strategic sourcing, and building datacenters.
