GlobeSt. Names Todd Williams a 2026 Influencer in Multifamily

Award reflects his work on Hamilton Zanze's transactions, fund launches and Revere Housing

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Hamilton Zanze, a San Francisco-based multifamily real estate investment firm, today announced that General Counsel Todd Williams has been named a 2026 Influencer in Multifamily Real Estate by GlobeSt.

The Influencer awards program honors individuals who are shaping the multifamily sector. A panel of multifamily experts selected this year's honorees based on professional accomplishments, the impact of their work, their contributions to the industry and their commitment to high ethical standards, service and excellence.

Williams oversees the legal matters that affect Hamilton Zanze's daily business and long-term strategy. These include acquisitions, dispositions and exchanges, as well as leasing, property management, corporate governance and risk management. He also plays a leadership role in the firm's relationships with international banks and other sources of debt capital, family offices, joint venture partners, individual investors and governmental entities.

In 2025, Hamilton Zanze completed acquisitions and dispositions totaling $1.6 billion, in a year when investment sales slowed across the industry. Williams played a key role in that activity. He was also instrumental in launching the HZ Evergreen Fund, was heavily involved in the launch of GP Capital Partners Fund II earlier this year, and worked on the firm's 2024 acquisition of Freddie Mac K-165 B-piece securities alongside an established capital partner.
