Golub Capital Provides One-Loan Debt Facility to Support the Buyout of Inhance Technologies by Aurora Capital Partners

CHICAGO, July 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Golub Capital recently announced that, as Administrative Agent, Sole Lead Arranger and Sole Bookrunner, it provided a GOLD facility to support the buyout of Inhance Technologies Holdings LLC ("Inhance Technologies" or "the Company") by Aurora Capital Partners. GOLD financings are Golub Capital One-Loan Debt facilities. The financing will enable Inhance Technologies to build new facilities in the U.S. and abroad, furthering their organic growth.
