The revolutionary, stainless-steel, 6-quart Gourmia 11-in-1 Cool-Cooker with Refrigeration Unit allows cooks to bake, make rice, roast, prepare yogurt, make porridge, slow cook with both low and high temperatures, keep food warm, sauté, steam, and even do sous vide. For foods like yogurt, that requires the final product to be kept cold until it is consumed, the Cool-Cooker also can keep it cool until your are ready to serve it. A special manual mode allows for custom settings.

It features an easy-to-use operating control panel that offers a clear LCD panel, and preset time and temperature selections as well as cooking mode. Its non-stick aluminum pot spreads heat evenly to ensure perfectly browned and sautéed food, and assures hassle-free cleanup. A tempered glass lid allows cooks to check the food periodically without releasing heat, assuring food is cooked quickly and efficiently.

A cookbook and bonus accessories – such as a stainless-steel sous vide rack, dual-use roasting rack – are included. The Cool-Cooker will be available at retailers nationwide later in 2018.
