Governor Corbett Orders Flags at Capitol Complex and in Cumberland County to Fly at Half-Staff in Honor of Cpl. Jonathan Faircloth
HARRISBURG, Pa., April 7, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Governor Tom Corbett today ordered all U.S. and Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex and at commonwealth facilities in Cumberland County to be flown at half-staff on Monday, April 11 in honor of U.S. Marine Cpl. Jonathan Faircloth, formerly of Mechanicsburg.
Faircloth, 22, died March 29 in a helicopter crash during a routine training exercise in Hawaii.
Flags should remain at half-staff until sunset on April 11, the day of Faircloth's funeral.
