Governor Corbett Signs House Bill 424 into Law

HARRISBURG, Pa., April 3, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Governor Tom Corbett today signed into law the following bill:

House Bill 424 (P.N. 3197) – This legislation amends the act of December 20, 1983 (P.L. 260, No. 72), referred to as the Public Adjuster Licensing Law, to provide new definitions, remove other definitions, update licensing requirements, provide for penalties and make other changes.
