Grace Hill Announces Winners of 2025 Impact Hero Awards
Annual Awards Honor Individuals Who Create a Positive Influence Within Their Communities.
IRVING, Texas, Oct. 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Grace Hill, an innovator of talent and customer management solutions for commercial and multifamily real estate, announced the winners of the 2025 Impact Hero Awards. This annual awards program, now in its fourth year, recognizes the positive impact that multifamily people and organizations make in their communities, which is also an important core value of Grace Hill.
The grand prize winner for 2025 is Jayme Presley, vice president of asset management at PRG Real Estate in Philadelphia. Presley works with Kaizen Adaptive Training, an organization dedicated to providing free physical training and building community for adaptive athletes. She has used her fundraising experience to support Kaizen's philanthropic growth and inclusive tuition-free programs. Her efforts also include launching a charity golf tournament in 2023 that raised $28,000 for Kaizen.
"I've always been a large supporter of helping veterans, first responders or those with a disability to live life to the fullest," Presley said, adding to her philosophy on helping others. "Sometimes even the smallest gestures make the largest impacts. I still believe the world thrives with kindness."
Presley also supports numerous other charitable causes, including the I Need a Lighthouse "Beacon of Hope" 5K for suicide prevention, Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters LemonAid Stand, Chesapeake Bay Foundation's Clean the Bay Day, Samaritan House and youth sports.
Judges reviewed 230 nominations to choose three finalists who are deeply committed to making a difference in their communities.
"Every year, the Impact Hero Awards reminds us that strong communities start with people who care deeply about others and lead with their hearts," said Kendall Pretzer, CEO of Grace Hill. "Jayme, Willuance and Anthony exemplify what it means to create lasting, positive change. Their compassion and commitment inspire us all to build stronger, more connected communities."
Willuance Mesalien , community manager of Pointe Grand in Augusta, Ga., was the first runner-up in this year's program, recognized for The Will Make It Enrichment Scholarship Program, which he founded in 2011. Mesalien grew up in subsidized housing, experiencing firsthand the challenges of limited resources and access to educational resources. His goal-oriented mindset allowed him to see those challenges as hurdles that could be cleared rather than insurmountable walls. His scholarship program provides support to high school juniors and seniors during their transition to college, including tutoring, test prep, admissions planning and more. Since the program's inception, over 400 students have received college scholarships. Pointe Grand is operated by Hillpointe in Winter Park, Fla.
The second runner-up was Anthony Thaxton, community manager at Garrison Park in Charlotte, N.C., whose journey fostering a child led him to support Least of These Carolinas, which provides resources to children in foster care. Besides raising a 10-year-old and his work with foster organizations, Thaxton also participates in the Live to Give program, which is run by Garrison Park owner Lantower Residential in Dallas, as well as Charlotte Pride initiatives.
The winners of the 2025 Grace Hill Impact Hero Awards were recognized at a ceremony on October 13, 2025, via a live Facebook stream in Fort Worth. Each of the winners was awarded a donation to their cause. The grand prize winner was given $3,500, the first runner-up received $2,000 and the second runner-up was presented with $1,000.
