GranQuartz Canada Selects Epicor Prophet 21 to Manage Custom Services

We can train employees according to the workflow and people are able to train from home or whenever it's convenient for them. Administrators can also see where people are at in the process, how they are doing, and use that information to figure out their training needs," said Samson.
