On July 8, 2014, Zebra Technologies Corp. (Zebra Technologies) announced the expiration of the required waiting period under the U.S. Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, with respect to the Company's definitive agreement to acquire the Enterprise business (excluding iDEN) of Motorola Solutions, Inc. According to the Company, the acquisition is expected to close by the end of 2014, subject to customary closing conditions, including remaining regulatory approvals.
