(Zebra Technologies) announced the expiration of the required waiting period under the U.S. Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, with respect to the Company's definitive agreement to acquire the Enterprise business (excluding iDEN) of Motorola Solutions, Inc.
