Greenberg Traurig Completes Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Transaction for The Vertex Companies, Inc.

BOSTON, March 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The International law firm Greenberg Traurig represented The Vertex Companies, Inc. (VERTEX), a global provider of construction, environmental, energy, air quality and engineering solutions, in a 100 per cent sale of the company to its newly formed Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

The Greenberg Traurig transaction team for the sale of VERTEX to the ESOP was led by shareholders Jeffrey S. Kahn in Boca Raton, and John F. Farraher, Jr. and Stephen T. Adams in Boston. They were assisted by Tax shareholders Brandon G. Feingold in Boca Raton and Larry Brenman and Richard Sirus in Chicago; and Corporate and Securities associates Timothy Manning, Abdullah Malik and Tatyana Rozenberg in Boston.
