The program, hosted by the American Conference Institute (ACI), will take place Tuesday, March 25, 2014 and Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Mexico City, Mexico.
Lopez Coll will speak on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. on the topic "Minimizing Mergers and Acquisitions Pitfalls: Effective Due Diligence to Avoid Buying a Potential Problem in Mexico." His speech will focus on effective due diligence trends, including his experience successfully implementing anti-corruption programs in many countries, including various jurisdictions in Latin America and Mexico.
