GreenPointe Communities Announces Plans For TrailMark, New Community In St. Johns County

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., May 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- GreenPointe Communities, LLC, has announced plans for TrailMark, a new master-planned community in St. Johns County. TrailMark, which encompasses approximately 1,300 acres, will offer distinctive neighborhoods carefully nestled into the landscape of natural beauty, a recreation-rich lifestyle and single-family homes.

Located in northern St. Johns County off of International Golf Parkway on TrailMark Drive, TrailMark has been approved for 2,278 homes. Development of the community is currently underway.

With impressive oak tree hammocks, winding nature trails and dotted with lakes, TrailMark's architectural design will capture Old Florida style and celebrate its authentic North Florida location and history. The planned amenity center will be the community's centerpiece and home to the Welcome Center. The first phase will include the beginning of the trail system, a recreational amenity that will bring residents closer to the natural landscape surrounding TrailMark. The community's amenities will include a fitness center and a lagoon pool with a free-form design and zero entry. Plans also call for a Lakeside Pavilion. Designed as an iconic community structure, the Pavilion will offer residents an outdoor gathering place in the heart of the community. The first phase of the amenity center is scheduled to open Spring 2016. Future plans for the community also include a kayak launch along Six Mile Creek. TrailMark will be located within the top-rated St. Johns County School District and close to shopping, dining, recreation, business centers and more.

The community will feature a variety of custom and national builders with home designs ranging in size and style to meet the homebuyers' lifestyle needs and interests. Homes will be priced from the mid $200,000s and up and are planned to be available for move-in Fall 2015.
