Before joining the firm, Mr. Castano served as General Counsel and SVP of Real Estate for Emmy Squared, where he played a pivotal role in driving the company's domestic and international expansion, orchestrating its sale to a private equity fund, and advising executive leadership and the board of directors on innovative, business-forward strategies. From negotiating complex management and license agreements to securing key retail leases, he ensured every legal move supported the company's bold growth vision.
