Ms. Malouf is well-versed in complex litigation and compliance, particularly with TCPA, telemarketing laws, CAN-SPAM, and call recording statutes. She drafts B2B and B2C terms, including SMS/texting and rewards program terms, and aids in developing consent flows and document retention policies.
