FORT WORTH, Texas, Feb. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- GTIS Partners LP ("GTIS"), a global real estate investment firm with a focus on residential and industrial/logistics investments, and Hopewell Development LP ("Hopewell"), a development company based in Calgary, are pleased to announce the sale of Champions Circle Business Park, a premier Class A industrial development located in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metropolitan area.

Strategically located at the southeast corner of SH-114 and Champions Parkway in the Alliance Texas master-planned development, Champions Circle spans 21 acres and features three state-of-the-art industrial buildings totaling 361,040 square feet. The park was designed to accommodate smaller and mid-sized users, filling a critical gap in the North Fort Worth submarket's industrial offerings. Its strategic location provides tenants with transportation connectivity, including direct access to major highways such as I-35W, and proximity to the Fort Worth Alliance Airport and the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
