Guardian partners with Sierra to simplify service interactions and enhance customer experiences

Multi-year, strategic partnership combines Sierra's AI-native customer engagement platform with Guardian's efforts to deliver new value for customers

NEW YORK, Nov. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America^® (Guardian) today announced a strategic partnership with Sierra, the applied AI platform redefining how businesses interact with their customers, to strengthen and modernize customer service interactions across its business. The collaboration reflects Guardian's strategic approach to AI, pairing its business with leading external technology capabilities to modernize operations and address priority customer needs. Through the partnership, Guardian and Sierra will simplify service, reduce friction, and help customers resolve common needs more efficiently and get answers faster.

Guardian is applying Sierra's technology to some of its highest-volume service interactions, including approximately 1 million yearly dental benefit verification calls, along with payment processing and claim status inquiries. Through Sierra's AI-native platform, Guardian aims to make these interactions faster and easier, helping customers complete routine requests more efficiently.
