Ed Meehan to lead Financial Services, Ryan McKeon named Chief Growth Officer, and Matthew Moosariparambil appointed Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets Practice Leader
MCLEAN, Va., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Guidehouse, a global professional services firm serving the commercial and government sectors, today announced leadership appointments that strengthen its ability to help organizations navigate a period of significant economic, regulatory, and technological change.
Ed Meehan has been appointed Financial Services Leader, Ryan McKeon has been named Chief Growth Officer, and Matthew Moosariparambil will lead the firm's Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets Practice.
"The organizations that will lead over the next decade are those that can adapt faster, harness emerging technologies responsibly, and translate change into measurable results," said Scott McIntyre, CEO of Guidehouse. "These strategic appointments position Guidehouse to meet this moment. As our clients navigate unprecedented shifts in technology, regulation, and competition, we are aligning our leadership around the opportunities that will define the future of financial services and the value we create for clients."
John Saad, President of Guidehouse, said, "Ed, Ryan, and Matt each have a unique combination of industry expertise, client focus, and execution experience. Together, they strengthen our ability to solve increasingly complex challenges, deepen trusted client relationships, and help leaders achieve their most important objectives."
Ed Meehan, Financial Services Leader
Meehan brings more than three decades of leadership experience spanning advisory, business growth, client service, and industry strategy. During his tenure at Guidehouse, including most recently as Chief Growth Officer, he has helped drive the firm's growth strategy, strengthen strategic account development, and expand market presence across the commercial and public sectors.
In his new role, Meehan will lead one of Guidehouse's most strategically important industries, bringing an enterprise perspective to helping financial services clients address transformation, modernization, regulatory complexity, and emerging technology opportunities.
"The financial services industry is entering one of its most consequential periods of change as AI, digital assets, evolving regulations, and new customer expectations reshape the market," said Meehan. "Success will depend on an institution's ability to modernize while maintaining trust, resilience, and performance. I look forward to helping leaders move quickly and confidently through this period, build the agility needed to capture new sources of value, and keep pace with a rapidly changing market."
Ryan McKeon, Chief Growth Officer
McKeon, most recently Guidehouse's Global Sales Leader, will lead the firm's growth strategy, sales, marketing, and commercial excellence organization worldwide. He is focused on helping accelerate the firm's next phase of growth by combining deep mission expertise with forward-deployed engineering, AI-enablement, and technology, so clients achieve results faster and unlock greater value.
An engineer and technologist by trade, McKeon began his career as a software developer and has spent more than two decades leading modernization initiatives for government and commercial organizations.
"The pace of technology has never been faster, and it will only accelerate from here," said McKeon. "Work that once took years is happening in hours. That expands the horizon of what leaders can set out to do. Our focus is helping clients take full advantage of this opportunity by bringing people who deeply understand their operations and embedding AI into the work itself, enabling change at the scale and speed their missions demand."
Matthew Moosariparambil, Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets Leader
A certified public accountant, Moosariparambil has led large-scale transformations, M&A, risk and compliance initiatives for banks, insurers, fintechs, and private equity firms.
As Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets Leader, he will focus on strengthening client delivery, expanding market-facing solutions across the practice, and scaling its transformation, M&A, and governance, risk, and compliance, and technology capabilities.
"Financial institutions are under pressure to improve performance while strengthening governance, managing risk, and modernizing core operations," said Moosariparambil. "Executing at scale without destabilizing the business is what separates plans from results. We are helping clients close that gap by combining deep industry knowledge with the experience to execute, not just advise."
