The system is designed to cut police response times from the national average of 18 minutes to mere seconds, dramatically improving outcomes in life-threatening emergencies.

At the heart of the platform are compact, tamper-proof, waterproof AI-powered gun threat detectors that identify threats instantly — in less than one second — whether installed in schools, workplaces, houses of worship, retail spaces, or public venues. At the moment an active threat is detected — either by a GUNSENS Gun Detector or through an SOS alert — the platform not only alerts nearby officers through the GUNSENS SOS app, it also updates the local police CAD system with floor plans showing the exact threat location — including floor number — and, for the duration of the active threat, the real-time positions of civilians, officers, and suspected shooters within the affected scene. This dual notification path ensures law enforcement has actionable intelligence within seconds.

The GUNSENS SOS Panic Button — a wireless panic button that allows anyone to instantly summon help, even if their phone is locked or out of reach.
