Over three days, franchisees and trainers from GYMGUYZ's network of 177 locations across 31 states joined workshops, peer roundtables, and dedicated owner and trainer breakouts, bringing local operating experience into discussions about the brand's next stage of growth. An awards ceremony capped the conference, celebrating the franchisees, team members, and partners moving GYMGUYZ forward.

The official launch of GYMGUYZ Kidz marked a central milestone at Recharge 2026, putting youth fitness in focus as the brand continues to explore ways for franchisees to reach more clients in their communities. A separate session on adaptive fitness programs further equipped franchisees to serve this fast-growing market.

Technology curriculum included a hands-on AI breakout for franchisees. The sequence moved attendees from an introduction to GYMGUYZ's AI initiatives into a dedicated workshop, making AI a practical part of the conference's business education.

Business coach, author, and motivational speaker Omar Periu, the father of LA Fitness, opened the educational programming with a keynote focused on pursuing ambitious goals with a positive mindset and relentless determination. Periu shared practical strategies for approaching each day with purpose, staying focused through challenges and taking consistent action toward the life and business attendees want to build.

Sessions that followed addressed leadership, lead generation, and the state of the franchise. Thought leadership and Franchise Advisory Council roundtables gave owners a forum to compare approaches, discuss challenges, and learn from peers across the system.
