Hach Showcases the Future of Anatel TOC Monitoring at UltraFacility 2026

Built on decades of Anatel measurement confidence, Hach will offer UltraFacility attendees a first look at the upcoming Anatel A2000XP Ultra-Low Range TOC Analyzer designed to help semiconductor fabs modernize UPW monitoring.

LOVELAND, Colo., Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- For more than 30 years, semiconductor fabs have relied on Anatel technology for ultra-low TOC monitoring in critical UPW applications. Hach is bringing that trusted platform forward with the Anatel A2000XP Ultra-Low Range TOC Analyzer, which will be previewed at UltraFacility 2026, September 16–18 at the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel and Conference Center in Glendale, Arizona. The preview gives attendees an early opportunity to see the unit before broader availability and speak with Hach experts about future replacement planning.

The upcoming Anatel A2000XP is built to help teams detect trace contamination earlier, maintain confidence in ultra-low TOC measurements, and modernize aging analyzers without disrupting established workflows. Using a trusted stop-flow measurement approach, Anatel A2000XP delivers stable TOC measurements down to 0.02 ppb with drift-resistant performance, helping fabs identify small changes sooner and spend less time investigating whether unexpected readings reflect a process issue or measurement variability. "Anatel earned its place in semiconductor UPW monitoring because fabs trusted the measurement approach and understood how it fit into their processes," said Nicole Puhl, Vice President of Product & Strategy, Hach. "With the Anatel A2000XP, we're bringing that legacy forward in a modern platform designed to help customers maintain confidence in ultra-low TOC readings while making operation and maintenance easier."

The new analyzer provides UPW monitoring teams with a modern replacement for aging TOC systems while preserving familiar workflows and minimizing unnecessary process disruption.

UltraFacility attendees can visit Booth 20 to see a preview of the new Anatel A2000XP firsthand and learn more about Hach's latest advances in semiconductor UPW monitoring.
