Longtime Finance and Operations Professional to Support Firm's Investments and Portfolio
WASHINGTON, Oct. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Halifax Group ("Halifax"), a middle market private equity firm that partners with management to invest in market-leading companies, today announced that it has engaged Dave Evans as an Operating Executive. In this role, Mr. Evans will support Halifax by assisting in the implementation of new strategies for select portfolio companies, providing mentorship to executive teams, and evaluating new investment opportunities in the healthcare sector.
Mr. Evans brings more than two decades of finance and operations leadership across public and private healthcare companies. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of PromptCare, a former Halifax portfolio company providing complex respiratory and home infusion services, where he worked closely with Halifax for five years. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at BioScrip, a publicly traded provider of home infusion services, and Chief Financial Officer at Byram Healthcare, a private equity–backed medical supply company. He also held finance roles at Option Care, Coram Healthcare, and Baxter International. Mr. Evans is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
