Men's grooming brand elevates Kelly Daniels to SVP of Operations and adds Jim Graham as VP of Field Operations and Mary Wehrer as VP of Marketing

The new appointments will strengthen operations, franchise performance and marketing for the elevated men's barbershop and lounge concept.

Kelly Daniels has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, while Jim Graham has been named Vice President of Field Operations and Mary Wehrer will serve as Vice President of Marketing.

Daniels brings 11 years of experience scaling organizations and driving operational efficiency. In her expanded role, she will oversee operations with a focus on strengthening systems, processes and execution across the growing Hammer & Nails network. She holds a degree in Organizational Communication and a Master of Business Administration.

Graham brings more than 15 years of operations and strategy experience working with multi-brand and franchise organizations. As Vice President of Field Operations, he will work closely with franchisees and cross-functional teams to strengthen unit-level performance, enhance the customer experience and develop scalable systems that support long-term growth.

Wehrer most recently served as Vice President of Marketing for Floyd's 99 Barbershops, where she built the marketing infrastructure that supported the brand's growth from approximately 35 to more than 175 locations nationwide. At Hammer & Nails, she will lead brand strategy, customer acquisition and retention, digital growth, franchise marketing and local marketing initiatives. Earlier in her career, Wehrer served as International Director of Sales at Revlon Corporation, helping grow the American Crew brand across 27 international markets.
