WINCHESTER, Va., Aug. 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- With two of their three highly anticipated model homes scheduled for completion in early October and plans in the works for a big community BBQ in the coming weeks, there is a lot of activity at Trilogy at Lake Frederick — Shea Homes new resort-style community located near Winchester. Designed specifically for active Baby Boomers, Trilogy is quickly making its mark of luxury and lifestyle on this bucolic community, which will have approximately 950 homes at completion.

Each of Trilogy at Lake Frederick's model homes boasts a main-level living floorplan — something not easily found in the DC Metro Market. The BBQ is open to existing residents, as well as recent and prospective buyers and 150 guests have already RSVP'd. It's intended to be a time of casual conversation on the pool deck, learning more about the Trilogy lifestyle available exclusively at Lake Frederick, with fantastic foods from local BBQ experts Bonnie Blue and scenic Shenandoah Valley views.
