Hart Energy Promotes Peggy Williams to Editorial Director
HOUSTON, April 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Hart Energy announced today that Peggy Williams, the company's director of unconventional resources, has been promoted to editorial director. This new role is global and spans across all content generated by Hart Energy's editorial teams.

In her new position, Williams will be responsible for creating editorial synergies across the company's product lines and media platforms; enhancing the profile of Hart Energy editors in the industry; and maintaining and improving the quality of content in all the company's products and events.
Williams joined Hart Energy in 1992 and served as senior exploration editor for Oil and Gas Investor. She is a certified petroleum geologist who worked 16 years in the oil and gas industry. She earned her Master of Science degree in technical communication from the University of Colorado, a Master of Science degree in energy resources from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in geology from the University of Rhode Island. Williams holds memberships in many trade and professional organizations, including the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists, and the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
