Collins and Hodges Join Haven to Continue to Support Brand Franchising and Expansion

With over 25 years of experience in purpose-driven companies, Collins will be responsible for leading Haven's franchising efforts, driving national and global expansion to bring Founder Britt Riley's vision to more families across America. Having held leadership roles at Patagonia and Better Place Forests, Collins brings extensive expertise in scaling mission-driven brands. As a longtime member of Haven's Board of Directors, Collins is committed to growing a network where families can seamlessly balance childcare, work, and self-care under one roof.

Hodges, a seasoned franchise industry professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and franchise operations, will be responsible for driving franchise growth and fostering strategic partnerships. With a background in payment services and client relations, she discovered her passion for franchising after successfully owning and operating a children's entertainment venue franchise. Having served on the Franchisee Advisory Council, Kim played a key role in shaping policies and strengthening franchise systems. Her experience spans both emerging and established brands, giving her a deep understanding of the evolving franchise landscape.
