Healthcare Design Leader Chris Powers Joins Burns & McDonnell in Nashville
NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 10, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Burns & McDonnell, a 100% employee-owned engineering, architecture and construction company, has hired healthcare design and construction veteran Chris Powers to expand services and offerings from the firm's office in Nashville, Tennessee. Powers will lead design for healthcare projects in Nashville and nationally as the firm continues to expand its presence in the Southeast.

Prior to joining Burns & McDonnell, Powers served for more than a decade as director of design for a major international healthcare system. In this role, he spearheaded design services for some of that company's most pivotal projects, including facilities for cancer treatment, pediatric nursing, emergency medicine, neurosciences and orthopedics, surgical and interventional, and women's and children's healthcare.
