Jeanne Finegan, APR will serve as President of HF Media LLC.  Ms. Finegan has more than 25 years of communications and advertising experience and is a nationally recognized expert in class action notice programs.  Ms. Finegan was an early pioneer of plain language in notice and continues to set the standard for modern outreach as the first notice expert to integrate social and mobile media into court approved legal notice programs.

Ms. Finegan and the HF Media team, including Carole Berke, Media Director and Julie Meichsner, Creative Manager/Media Planner, are among the top most experienced legal notice teams in the Country.  During her tenure, Ms. Finegan has planned and implemented hundreds of high-profile, complex legal notice communication programs for a wide range of class actions and consumer matters that include product liability, construction defect, antitrust, medical/pharmaceutical, human rights, civil rights, telecommunication, media, environment, securities, banking, insurance, mass tort, restructuring, and product recall. Civ. P. 23(c)(2) and similar state class action statutes.
