The Assets include brand-related trademarks and domain names, the hhgregg.com website, and hhgregg's extensive customer database of over 16MM customer files and 5MM emails. The Assets will be sold in a sale under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
