Highlands Ventures, LLC Announces Second Chicago Area Staffing Firm Acquisition Since January

CHICAGO, March 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Private equity firm, Highlands Ventures, LLC, has acquired Chicago-based Geneva Technical Services, LLC. This is the firm's second Chicago area acquisition in a matter of months, reaffirming their commitment to the Chicago and midwest markets.

Geneva Technical Services, LLC, founded in 1999, has delivered IT consulting and staffing services by forming long-term relationships with Fortune 1000 clients in the Chicago area. The addition of Geneva Technical Services, LLC to the Highlands Ventures portfolio will enable the firm to quickly penetrate the Chicago market. Highlands Ventures will gradually fold Geneva Technical Services into Halo Group, LLC, their flagship IT consulting firm based in Detroit.
